Set on a wooded site in Ross, this residence reflects an approach rooted in simplification rather than addition. Architect Ken Linsteadt reworked the house to open it to light, gardens, and long views, removing later additions that had disrupted the original flow. Interiors were refreshed to feel comfortable and lived-in, balancing modern elements with traditional forms and a calm, natural palette. Lighting by Vita Pehar Design is integrated throughout with a light touch, supporting circulation and daily use while allowing the architecture, landscape, and interiors to remain the focus.
